I have studied with Dawn Richardson (4 Non Blondes, Tracy Chapman) in San Francisco and Byron Vannoy (Julian Priester, Herbie Hancock, Ron Carter, and other jazz masters; recorded with Rudy Van Gelder) at the Seattle Drum School. I also volunteer at the Music Therapy Center of California.
